Recommendations after esthetic treatments

Neuromodulators (Botulinum Toxin)

Botulinum toxin reduces facial expression lines by weakening muscle contractions and relaxing the overlying skin. It is most commonly used to treat frown lines between the eyebrows, forehead wrinkles, and crow’s feet around the eyes. The duration of its effect depends on metabolism, frequency of application, and physical activity and typically lasts between 3 and 12 months.
The procedure takes approximately 30 minutes, and you can resume daily activities immediately afterward. Visible results appear 4 to 7 days after the treatment, with full effect after two weeks. Avoid physical activity, swimming pools, and saunas for 3 to 4 days. Do not massage the injection sites.

Hyperhidrosis Treatment with Botulinum Toxin

This treatment involves blocking sweat glands to temporarily reduce excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), most commonly in the underarms, palms, and soles. Injecting botulinum toxin into the affected areas blocks neuromuscular transmission and reduces perspiration.
Avoid physical activity, swimming pools, and saunas for 3 to 4 days after the procedure. Do not use deodorants or antiperspirants in the underarm area for 4 hours post-treatment. Results appear within 4 to 7 days, with full effect after two weeks. Do not massage the treated areas.

Injectable therapy with autologous blood plasma (PRP, ACP®)

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) promotes hair growth and improves skin quality. Visible results may take several weeks, and additional treatments may be required for optimal results.
After the procedure, avoid touching the treated area to reduce infection risk. Apply cold compresses in short intervals to reduce swelling and discomfort. For several days, avoid heat sources such as saunas, jacuzzis, and hot showers. Cleanse the treated area with a mild, fragrance-free cleanser and lukewarm water no sooner than 4–6 hours post-treatment. Use a gentle, non-perfumed moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated. Protect the treated area from direct sunlight by applying high-SPF sunscreen (at least SPF 50). Limit strenuous physical activity and heavy lifting for several days.

Hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers

HA fillers can be used to treat a variety of areas, including:

  • Facial lines and wrinkles: smoothing nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and forehead lines
  • Lip augmentation: enhancing volume and shape
  • Cheek enhancement: restoring lost volume and creating a more youthful appearance
  • Hand rejuvenation: addressing volume loss and wrinkles

Post-treatment, avoid touching the treated area to minimize infection risk. Apply cold compresses in short intervals to reduce swelling and discomfort. For several days, avoid heat sources like saunas, jacuzzis, and hot showers. Cleanse the area with a mild, fragrance-free cleanser and lukewarm water at least 4–6 hours after treatment. Use a fragrance-free moisturizer to maintain hydration. Apply high-SPF sunscreen (SPF 50 or higher) to protect from sun exposure. Limit intense physical activity and heavy lifting for several days.

Cold Laser Peel

Apply a suitable cream to the face at the end of the treatment.

Avoid touching the treated area to reduce the risk of infection. Use cold compresses in short intervals to reduce swelling and discomfort. For several days, avoid heat sources such as saunas, jacuzzis, and hot showers. Clean the area with lukewarm water before 4–6 hours post-treatment. Apply a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated. Protect the area from direct sunlight by using high-SPF sunscreen. Avoid strenuous activity and heavy lifting for several days. Redness and mild swelling typically resolve within 3–4 days. Mild stinging or skin tightness may occur immediately after treatment.

Advanced Fractional Facial Treatment

Expect skin recovery within 7 to 10 days. Significant redness and crusting may occur during the first 5 days. Afterward, superficial peeling begins, revealing new, rejuvenated skin. Avoid harsh chemical or mechanical exfoliants for 3–4 weeks after more intense laser treatments.
