Article 1: Organizer
The Organizer of the giveaway is IMC Priora, located at Kralja Tomislava 153, 31431 Čepin, Croatia, VAT ID: 28948012246 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”). This giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or promoted by any social media platforms mentioned in these rules.
Article 2: Giveaway Name, Duration, Purpose, and Location
The “Health is the Best Gift” giveaway is being held to promote the Organizer’s products and services. The giveaway will run from December 20, 2024, at noon to December 23, 2024, at 11:59 PM, and it is open to residents across the Republic of Croatia.
Article 3: Prize Fund Determined by the Organizer
The prize fund includes:
- 1 preventive health package on the IMC Priora Facebook page
- 1 preventive health package on the IMC Priora Instagram page
Each preventive package (valued at €260.00) includes:
• Clinical Laboratory Tests: SE, CBC, GUK, cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, total bilirubin, AST, ALT, GGT, creatinine, urea, complete urinalysis, HbA1c
• Thyroid Hormones: TSH, free triiodothyronine (fT3), free thyroxine (fT4), anti-TPO
• Tumor Marker: PSA (for men)
• Specialist Exam: Internal medicine examination
• Specialist Diagnostics: Abdominal ultrasound, ECG with interpretation, spirometry
Article 4: Eligibility to Participate
This giveaway is open to all residents of Croatia aged 18 or older with active Facebook or Instagram accounts.
Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Article 5: How to Enter, Winner Selection, and Prize Delivery
To participate, users must:
- Like the giveaway post.
- Comment below the post by tagging one or more people who would appreciate the prize. Participants can comment multiple times.
- Follow IMC Priora on Instagram and/or Facebook.
All valid comments will be entered into the draw. Winners will be chosen randomly via an online tool (https://commentpicker.com/) and announced by noon on December 24, 2024.
Winners will be notified on IMC Priora’s Facebook and Instagram pages through comments under the giveaway post and stories. They will also be contacted via direct message to arrange prize delivery. Winners must respond to the Organizer within 24 hours to provide necessary personal details.
Article 6: Terms for Participants
Participants cannot request more or alternative prizes than those specified. The non-transferable award cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. Prizes must be claimed by December 31, 2025. .
By participating, entrants agree to these rules. No purchase is necessary
Article 7: Errors and Invalid Entries
Incomplete or incorrect entries will be disqualified. Only profiles corresponding to the participant’s actual name (as per their ID) are valid. If the provided details do not match the name on the profile, the participant will be disqualified.
Article 8: Use of Personal Data
By participating, entrants consent to collecting and processing personal data (name, address, email, phone number) to administer the giveaway. The Organizer will comply with GDPR and ensure data security.
Participants can request access, correction, or deletion of their data. Personal data will not be shared with third parties.
Article 9: Disputes
The jurisdiction will lie with the Municipal Court in Osijek in a dispute.
Article 10: Giveaway Cancellation
The giveaway may only be canceled in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control. Participants will be informed via the Organizer’s official Facebook and Instagram pages.
Article 11: Publication of Rules
The giveaway rules will be available in the giveaway post and at www.priora.eu.
